Christmas Delivery Dates

*Notice: Domestic U.S. orders must be made before December 5th in order to ensure sufficient time for delivery before Christmas. All other orders following that date can not be guaranteed for Holiday season delivery.

Production and Dispatch

All our products are made to order, which means they require 3-5 business days in our production facilities before they can be dispatched.

-Please note all orders are produced and packed during business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time Zone.

-Orders which have any design issues that need to be corrected (corresponded via email with our Customer Service team cs@varlar.co) can incur a delay of up to 2 days.

-Please note there may be a delay of up to 2 days during our peak sales period.

 

Shipping Times And Tracking

We use a range of carriers to ensure that your order arrives as promptly as possible. All tracking links are sent to the email with which your order was made. If you are unable to locate such email, please let our girls at Customer Services know and they will chase that up for you (cs@varlar.co).

 Often times we will utilize 2 logistical partners to get your order to you. Should you require information on the local courier, please email us at cs@varlar.co.

Incorrect Address

In most cases, our system will attempt to flag any inconsistencies with addresses.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it is now with the courier. In such cases, we recommend you contact the courier (found in your tracking link) to request any assistance.

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to amend this for you. Please contact us ASAP at cs@varlar.co so we can get your details updated before your order is shipped. We will attempt to assist you to the best of our abilities, however we cannot be held responsible for refunding goods in the event that the wrong delivery address is provided.
